In the Basement we have something for everyone, whether you’re looking for a high intensity reformer class filled with cardio and sweaty rewards, or whether you want to feel the burn through a slow and controlled flow.
BASEMENT BREATHER
A 50-minute Reformer Pilates workout, suitable for all abilities, even if you've never tried Reformer Pilates before! Breather classes are minimal impact for maximum burn. Improving range of motion, flexibility, balance and posture, as well as reducing stress and improving mental focus.
BASEMENT BURNER
A 50-minute intermediate reformer Pilates workout. Suitable for those who have attended 5 + reformer sessions. Using progressive reformer Pilates, this burner is a guaranteed way to smash your goals out of the park, targeting muscles not even you knew you had, leaving you stronger, firmer and fitter than ever before.
BASEMENT BLAST
A 50-minute high-intensity interval workout like no other, involving progressive reformer Pilates and HIIT training. Suitable for those who have attended 5 + reformer sessions, blast classes combine reformer Pilates and HIIT to provide the ultimate strengthening, stabilizing and fat burning workout.
PRIVATE 1:1
We have just introduced private 1:1 classes to assist you to improve your form and confidence using the reformer.
Private 1:1 training allows our instructors to focus on you, your goals and your abilities to either introduce you to the concepts of reformer Pilates, or to improve your technique and reach your goals.

FORM
We have just introduced a new class to our Trinity Park location.
FORM is a class based around the traditional concepts of Reformer Pilates. A slower-paced class with special attention to form and technique, that can be catered to any fitness ability.

Our FORM class works to isolate muscles for a low-impact workout that improves strength and flexibility.
